    Skills

Skill 1: Call of Chaos "Deals 2 hits of 318% shadow damage to the target and nearby enemies, and restores HP to all allies with 36% Recovery Potency. If the attack connects, restores an additional 3% of the damage inflicted as HP to all allies. This recovery caps at 4% of the user's HP per hit.

When Abyssal Connection is active, this skill is upgraded to deal 2 hits of 318% shadow damage to the target and nearby enemies, and restores HP to all allies with 36% Recovery Potency. If the attack connects, restores an additional 9% of the damage inflicted as HP to all allies. This recovery caps at 8% of the user's HP per hit." (Lv. 3)

This skill both heals and damages. Fastest team healing skill to date but weak as a standalone skill. The Area of Effect is target-able and its sizes are either average (normal) or reasonably large (S2 Active) and deals good damage. You'd want to aim to keep it upgraded by S2 "Abyssal Connection" and against numerous foes in a sitting, preferably ones that do not dash all over the arena.

While Heinwald can afford a more aggressive play style, he is still an official Healer. Please build more HP as per Healer standard, but any extra STR is wholly welcomed.

Skill 2: Abyssal Connection "Activates "Abyssal Connection" for 10 seconds. During Abyssal Connection, the user's strength is increased by 20%, and the Call of Chaos skill is powered up. Also increases the strength of nearby allies by 10% for 10 seconds." (Lv. 2)

It's average in size--think D!Cleo S1 and D!Xander's S2--and still fairly easy to build with Call of Chaos. It is (probably) possible a Heinwald could stick two upgraded S1s in a single S2 if he pops them immediately in quick succession without stopping to dodge in between or misses any of his basic attacks. Aim to always use this skill to upgrade your S1 at every opportunity.

Do not feel bad if you eat an S2 alone. You cannot control where your allies (unless they're AI) will position themselves. If you can afford to roll in close to someone, and totally want to slightly improve the DPS overall for the team, then go ahead!

    Likely to be seen
    :
Places where there are mob waves. Ruins and Imperial Onslaughts are the likeliest, as well as VB Mushroom. Might have a nasty time in Light IO if he gets blind, however.

    Helper Material?
Unfortunately, not really and that's the curse of attack/heal hybrids. A Helper Heinwald would better serve players if he's built more like a typical healer than a soft healer as his kit seemingly demands. You can only use his S1 1 or 3 times depending if they're a stranger or a friend, and it's never upgraded. If you do use one, he is best used as a spare iframe skill with ok heals and decent AoE damage against several targets that may not wipe them out.

He's... below Verica/Vixel types of helpers, at least.
